The league will consist of 6-8 teams made up of existing clans, crews and free agent pool/combine (completely randomized). Clans, Crews are NOT allowed to participate in draft but are more than welcome to attend and participate in combines as "reserves"

Drafted free agents will proceed onto the official MP2k League season and report to their appropriate team GM/Coach. Players who aren't selected will remain in the Free Agent Pool and also will play in then seasons Free Agent Showcase for more exposure. Free agent players have a chance to be signed to an MP2k Team (Based off of Communication, Performance, & Team's System ) If a free agent is signed as a replacement within the MP2k current season he or she  is entitled to the absent players per game guaranteed earnings. So the more games the drafted player misses, the less he/she will earn if his/her team wins the championship.

Before the season starts, a schedule will be made as well as conferences (Pacific and Atlantic) so that teams are split up equally. As the season begins lineups will be set - each team will submit their roster of 3 starters and 2 bench players (optional) - and team schedules will be distributed to all organizations. Once game play starts, we will have all information listed on the website as well. Games will be played in a four hr window on Thursdays MST.

ALL teams are expected to play ALL scheduled games during the regular and post season.

Regular season will consist of 8 games with 2 conferences. The seasons top 4 teams overall will move on to the MP2k post season. Post season will consist of 2 rounds. 1st round will be a best out of 5 game series, the second round will be a best out of 7 game Series. Championship team will receive the cash prize via electronic transfer and placed on the website Hall Of Fame for the duration of the league.
